Ellen in the parts department was extremely helpful with shipping a part for my Jeep that was on limited supply all over the country. The part ended up being defected, and Ellen, once again, was extremely helpful with locating a replacement in another state, which is scheduled to be shipped to me.

I walked in without an appointment. I was given the same courtesy as everyone else who came in for service. I needed a battery replacement for a Promaster which was not a vehicle they typically service. The service was completed timely and within cost.
