“I worked for Sam's Garage for around 8 years. The stories you are reading on Google are true. He holds the cars and knitpicks them to death while billing over and over and over. He refuses to upgrade or even maintain the equipment that he already has. This business is under equipped and severely understaffed to do any job in a timely manner. He is so rude, disrespectful, and condescending. He pays his employes such a low wage and they work in miserable conditions. The owner even demanded the tool trucks not to come during business hours, we couldn't even buy tools to do our jobs anymore. Employees do not recieve ANY benefits. I was even fired shortly after being hurt at work. And i was hurt there on more than one occasion. The owners response was, and i quote, "do i just need to find somebody who wants to work? " Of course, the owners version will be different than mine but, this is a true story. these are not the kind of business practices that should be rewarded. He talks to his customers, employes and even his wife like a dog. It's a shame. I appologize to the customers that felt like they were paying too much. They probably did. I didn't have much if any control over that. I think it should be a crime to be a slumlord business owner like Sam has been. They should close the doors to sams garage...... today, before someone else gets hurt.”

“This place is phenomenal! The reviews stating poor customer service I wonder if they were ment for here. The ladies in the office area so nice! They fixed my 2024 Accord back to new ! As it only had 7400 miles on it. Everything with my accident was a nightmare and this place made me feel as if I was thier only customer. Got my car back earlier than anticipated and a beautiful bouquet of flowers to boot! They made everything so easy and their compassion was truly appreciated.
