“I had a great experience here. My car had broken down and seemingly smoking at the Wendy’s not far from the shop. It was a Saturday at 2:30, so imagine my frustration at the thought that I won’t know anything until shops open on Monday. To my relief Brockman automotive was still open and although he was understaffed, he serviced me on Monday. The owner even sat with me that day after closing hours until my Aunt came to pick me up. That alone as a female and with it being cold outside meant the world. They ran a diagnostic that Monday. Thankfully there was nothing wrong with my vehicle just some rain had fallen on my radiator making steam. But now they’ve definitely gained a customer for the future. Thank you Mr Brockman.”
