Charles Ray and his associates at Benson Nissan seem determined to change that narrative. Went in for rear brakes and discovered there were other issues. A discovery that could not have come at a worse time for me but I did not realize the team that was on my side. These gentlemen made sure that not only were my brakes professionally installed but the other issues were handled quickly and at a price that did not destroy my budget. As I waited for the work to be done I noticed how helpful and considerate they were to each and every customer that came into their department. Constantly putting their heads together to see how they could help their customers get back on the road as quickly and reasonably as possible. Having good prices is always a great thing but customer service at such a high level is something you simply cannot put a price on. Benson Nissan will be my go to place for any work done on my Rogue. “If there were more than five stars, I would give them. These folks bring integrity to new heights. I've taken my vehicles to them several times and have always been given straightforward answers and solutions at better than reasonable prices.After a long trip towing a camper, I took my truck in this morning for a general service and inspection. I noticed fluid leaking at the front and Dominic immediately showed me the leak in the radiator. They replaced that, changed engine oil and transmission fluid and filters and, in the process, one of his techs found a potentially disastrous leaking front main seal which he replaced as well. All of this was completed within hours and I was back on the road for probably half of what a big box store would have charged.They're a true asset to the community. In this time of tight budgets and high prices, show them some holiday appreciation. They truly deserve the gratitude.”

“I took my alternator in 1/16/24 at 2pm I asked the young man when it would be ready and he said in the morning. I then asked him if they could have it ready that day and he said that he would try but it would probably be in the morning. I then explained to him my situation and he said he would see what he could do. Well I got a phone call at 4pm that day he told me that I could come an pick it up. He didn't know how much he helped me out. So I recommend this place to anyone who needs their services.”

“I was referred to them by a friend, he said they are the best around. He wasn't kidding, they are awesome! I got new rims on my 2027 Vet, they had to true up my old tires to the new rims. it took them a few times to get it right, but they only charged me once. the last time the owner (Jonathon) spent time with my Vet and got the tires perfect. I would highly recommend them for any work on your vehicle. Also, I got prices at 3 different shops, they were by far the cheapest”
