“Quick lane Service dept. is great from beginning to end. Was a breath of fresh air after trying to deal with Fort Mill Ford service dept. Rock Hill Ford Quick Lane answered their phone (unlike Ft. Mill Ford), gave me an appointment the very next day, upfront cost estimate was accurate (again unlike FT Mill Ford). Even though I live in Fort Mill I will always go to Rock Hill Ford for ALL my Ford needs. Beware "Stay away from Fort Mill Ford" You have been warned. Shout out to John at the Quick Lane and Diana the shuttle driver. Nice to see that great customer service still exists, great job!”

“7/28/23 11am - Nothing short of outstanding. I own a semi truck and needed som gear oil because I was in a bind. I called to see if they had room around the store for me to stop with my trailer attached because I didn't want to pay to overpriced markup for gear oil at a truck stop. They were friendly on the phone and verified that they had what I needed. I pulled in there easily and went into the store. Every single employee there offered to help. I made to trips inside because I need more than I thought. Afterwards, they allowed me to use thier sink basin to wash the oil and grime off my hands and arms. All of them were polite, positive, professional and friendly. Corporate should promote every one of them and have them training other stores. I'll definitely be a stopping back through when I need something.”
