“I was traveling through the area when my car shut down into “limp mode” due to electrical system problems. I was basically stranded; hours away from home and still an hour away from my destination. I was able to drive to Rock Hill Automotive - in 1st gear only - from the interstate. Even though they were extremely busy that day and said it wasn’t likely that they could get to my car until the next day, they interrupted what they were doing to at least diagnose my car problems. Once they knew what caused the issue, they ordered parts and made the needed repairs.They were kind, understanding, and professional…and they definitely went “the extra mile” to get me back on the road that same day. “The guys that run this shop are great! They can usually tell you over the phone right away if they are going to have what you're looking for or not. Be a smart consumer, if you are buying "Used" tires, look at them before you buy them! The guys here will be happy to let you choose the ones you want out of the selection they have. They have very reasonable pricing also, so if you don't have to have brand new tires, they are definitely worth the call! If you are looking for a shop like "Goodyear" or "Firestone" this is not it! If you want to find some good used tires for a great price, at a shop that gets you back on the road quickly; this is definitely the place! Great service as far as I'm concerned!”

“We needed a tire in a hurry, My girlfriend's dad had to be at his hospital appointment for his last chemotherapy treatment. We showed up at Econos 30 minutes before the opened at 8:30 am. Out of Nowhere come this guy he asked me in Spanish if I needed a tire and using hand signals because my Spanish is awful. Within 15 minutes he had opened the shop picked me out a new tire changed the tire and shaking my hand. Best service I've ever experienced and a great price on the tire. I'm typing this message as we take my girlfriend's father to his Dr's appointment on time. A big shout out to Econo's for everything.
