“I have visited this location a few times, and am always happy with the service. Most recently I got that famous low tire warning and stopped by this Goodyear location in Fort Mill towards the end of the day. Ryan the customer service advisor was great. He let me know that the techs had gone for the day, but he filled my tire with air and told me to return the next morning. Following morning, both Ryan and the store Manager Bob, got me in and out within 45 minutes of me being there. My tire is all repaired, and because of this consistent service, I will recommend this location and continue to be a loyal customer. Always a good experience when I come to this Goodyear location...thanks to Ryan and Bob for making it a seamless experience.”

“I needed a new set of tires and went in on a Wednesday to get a quote. Rick was at the front desk and gave me a great price on the top of the line WeatherReady all season tires. I told him I needed them for a trip out of town early Friday. He got me them the next day. What an improvement to the driving experience. In addition, I bought the road hazard protection. Within a week, I caught a nail through the sidewall. He called and said a new tire would be there by end of the day. Sure enough, done by 4:30. They handled everything though the insurance company. With the price of tires don't skimp and not cover your $$$$ tire purchase. They took great care of me and my wife. Thank You Rick and associates”

They were very professional, very caring as to my situation with the car. They kept me informed at all times of the progress of the repairs.
