Initially the choice was a "crapshoot" and really, I was just hoping for the best. However, it turned out to be THE BEST service experiences I've had in a very, very long time. Other auto body shop businesses (ex. Hendrick, Gerber & Caliber shops) should take note: go "old school" and emulate Burns approach. Treat your customers honestly, be up front, be accessible for any questions or concerns they may have and keep your word!
