“The name is very literal. I am states away in Maryland. I found the wheels I wanted on eBay and gave them a call to put an order in. The wheels showed up before the tracking number was sent. Less than 24 hours later I was taking my wheels to Costco to get them mounted for tires. He even threw in some extras after I told him I was military. Awesome service, awesome wheels, awesome shipping time. Unbelievable from start to finish. Also, if you call them a real person answers. 10 stars!!”

“Excellent service. I saved $150 on same work quoted from another shop. Car came back on time and runs great.
Three days later I had a different problem and called the shop and was advised to take my car to Paul's Care that was just 1/2 mile from my location and good thing I did it broke down in parking lot and would not move, transmission went out. It was Friday afternoon so glad you were kind enough to send me there even though I know you would have gladly done the work.
Saved me! Broke down Friday afternoon on Ashley Phosphate would have been ugly!!!

“Had damage on rear bumper and hatch area from minor accident on my 2020 Mazda CX-5. Called Mazda dealership and they recommended Platinum Automotive. Platinum body department was very helpful and understanding. Service was excellent as well as the repair. My SUV has less than 25,000 miles on it so it is in nearly new condition. I was happy to see their repairs reflected the new condition of the vehicle.

“AMAZING!!!! I am super late on this review. I had the following work performed on my 2012 Mini Cooper S (Auto): timing chain replacement, timing tensioner, various suspension components, water pump replacement, sway bar linkage replaced, ball joints, control arm bushings, tie rods, and oil/filter change. I'm not joking, I think I have 200 texts with these guys - Trey was AMAZING and kept me updated the entire time. They were incredibly transparent and descriptive with pricing. They were honest and saved me money where they could. If you're a Mini owner, you know you need a good mechanic. These guys are the BEST. My car went from being sketchy to being a vehicle I can trust for extended drives.

“Had the axles replaced on my 5th wheel camper. After the install was complete we realized that the axles manufacturer had sent the wrong axles. The manufacturer then sent the right ones.
