The scheduling, communication, explanations of insurance process and staff interactions were stellar at 5! The completed body work looks great! I rate at 4.6 as I was not completely satisfied with cleaning of the inside and outside of the car and there was confusion in regard to specifics of the work process. I do believe that there was an oversight and the final trim prep was not reviewed before I was called to pick up the car which certainly can happen during the busy holiday season.I have used this business previously and had no issues so I returned. Overall great experience, completed body work looks great and delightful staff. Would not hesitate to recommend!”

The time estimates I get when dropping off my car are accurate. When the car is ready, I get a call, instead of me needing to call for status update. The receptionists recognize me when I return for my car.I bought a set of tires a couple years back. I might have paid more than a national chain (maybe not, I don't remember) but the follow-up service with two punctures has been great.”

Once they received the vehicle, they called to quote us an affordable price and a timeline that they actually stuck to.
