“First off, they were the only place I found that would look at my 75 cadillac. Plus, he was kind enough to call and give me an update on the status, which most places can't seem to want to be bothered with. Also, no way they tried to pull the wool over my eyes, the issue didn't even need fixing and they just charged me for the time and told me what I needed to do to keep it from happening again. No made up expenses. 100 % going to be taking it back for whatever else I need done.”

“We had an emergency pit stop due to our van telling us we had no oil life left, so quickly pulled up this 5 star Fast Lube, in a town we’ve never heard of in all of our I-85 travels. And this is why I will always love living in the Carolinas - folks take care of each other. Justin, the tech, told us that the oil percentage wasn’t based on its life but the engine time driven between changes - checked the oil which was totally full - topped off the fluids and tires with air - and sent us on our way with no bill. Needless to say I hope they enjoy our tip because his team deserves more!
