They are always so friendly and personable here! They are kind if you forget your tape or label. They are patient and always make sure your shipping needs are met with a smile! I will drive out of my way to come to this UPS specifically over other locations.

Customer service was handled professionally. Cost for mailing packages is more expensive than post office. However, location is convenient and wait time is better than post office. Overall, customer service is excellent.
