“I met with Matthew about building a new website after another company left a bunch of broken links on my old site and was unable to fix those links or simply remove them. Matthew was very easy to work with. His prices were very reasonable. The turn around time was extremely fast, and would have been faster if I was able to get him information he requested quicker. After the site site was built, I reviewed the metrics against the old website. The time on page nearly tripled, the conversions were up and we received multiple compliments about how much better the new site looks and performs. DBL07 also offers SEO services, but my site was already ranking on page 1 for our major keywords (likely due to the new website design). I simply can't recommend this company enough. I've interacted with the Manager & a number of associates, and they've been nothing but congenial, respectful, & offered insights into the best methods of shipping items (everything from ham radio equipment to various presents to family members)I've always been of the mindset if you treat people with respect, they tend to return that courtesy, I've noticed a few times people come into the store when there were a few people in line before them, & start huffing & puffing because they didn't allow enough time to be tended to (and that's really their fault) Honestly, having moved down here from up north, I thought the southern mindset was far more congenial and friendly, sad to say in some instances, I'm realizing more & more folks down here in the midlands are every bit as discourteous as folks up north, but it's not due to rude personnel at the store, my observations indicate it's due to rude customers who come into the store.”

“EDIT: they contacted me and made our order as VIP so we will receive our mattress as soon as possible…and we just got it today, thank you! Good communication. This place just needs to work on scheduling…rescheduling for 3rd time in one week is not ideal in my opinion. But thank you for reaching out and fixing the issue.The mattress we brought was supposed to delivered on Monday…they said they couldn’t deliver so had to reschedule on Wednesday…got another text saying we had to reschedule it on Saturday…AGAIN, we got a text saying we had to reschedule it. This is the 3rd time I was told we have to reschedule it. One lady said the mattress was since on Monday, another lady told me the mattress arrived on Wednesday. This is something we need as soon as we can. Terrible company and unorganized. I usually don’t heave a bad review but this is unacceptable.”
