I've interacted with the Manager & a number of associates, and they've been nothing but congenial, respectful, & offered insights into the best methods of shipping items (everything from ham radio equipment to various presents to family members)I've always been of the mindset if you treat people with respect, they tend to return that courtesy, I've noticed a few times people come into the store when there were a few people in line before them, & start huffing & puffing because they didn't allow enough time to be tended to (and that's really their fault) Honestly, having moved down here from up north, I thought the southern mindset was far more congenial and friendly, sad to say in some instances, I'm realizing more & more folks down here in the midlands are every bit as discourteous as folks up north, but it's not due to rude personnel at the store, my observations indicate it's due to rude customers who come into the store.”
