“The only two reasons this hotel doesn't get 5 stars is the room decor is too quirky , I am used to calm colors in rooms , the rooms at graduate are too neon in terms of hotel settings , the second thing is they don't offer water bottles , a 4 star at that price should always provide water . I stayed twice at graduate because of it's location next to USC”

“Overall the hotel is nice, but needs some attention. The phone in the room did not work well, the internet had significant issues and part of the hotel appeared to be understaffed. I have stayed here multiple times, but might consider another Marriott in the area next time. I don't hate the hotel, I just don't love it.”

“The Ramada Limited Columbia exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the extremely friendly person at the front desk my stay was just wonderful. The bed was really comfortable and had a clean duvet covering the fluffy comforter. The shower had absolutely fantastic water pressure which I haven’t come across in a while. The heating unit was quick and quiet. There’s a decent sized refrigerator/freezer and microwave in each room. For breakfast they had fresh apples and bananas and being able to make my own waffle in 2 minutes always makes me smile. I’m on a very long road trip and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and it surprised me how much I liked this one. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.”

“We stayed here for a basic training graduation and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The room was large and the kitchen was large enough to make a nice dinner; as well, it was exceptionally clean.It’s very convenient for the two days you’re on fort for graduation. Trainees cannot leave on family day, so having a hotel on the fort is very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here.The free breakfast is from 6-9 am, good food and lots of places to sit.Rooms: Clean and spacious, but there’s a lack of USB ports.Safety: It’s on the fort, very safe!Food & drinks: Walmart and fast food is just a few minutes off the fort.”

“Jalise Janet and Timothy were so kind and friendly. All in all great experience. Breakfast was always delicious and plenty of options. The place could defiantly use some updating you can tell it was build in the 90s but it is a very nice hotel. Was there on a business trip. We were in one of the conference rooms. The provided lunch was delicious both days. The cookies and brownies were warm and yummy. The happy hour with 2 free drinks were a nice end to each day. Easy to get around. The location is close to many great restaurants and activities. Worth the visit.”

Although because of the activities you attend, you are practically going to sleep , it is a spacious, clean, illuminated space. If you need any toiletries that you have left at home, they will gladly provide them to you quickly. You have good closet space, an iron for your clothes or uniforms.Sufficient and varied breakfast.Rooms: Clean and spacious”

“This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The place is beautiful and clean! The rooms are modern and well decorated. The room we stayed in had so many cool touches I was getting ideas for our own home! They have a ton of amenities the pool was nice and the pool area was clean and orderly and they have towels for you there.The work out room is right there and has a nice array of weights and equipment. I even noticed they had an office space with a computer and printer if you need it. The breakfast buffet is included and looked as beautiful as the pictures. my husband wasn’t feeling well so he was able to get gingerale and a yogurt parfait for breakfast. The breakfast and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I also loved that they have a little pantry in the lobby if you want a bottle of wine or snack. In the morning the cleaning staff stopped by to ask if we needed anything which was very nice. They have thought of everything! I highly recommend this hotel and I hope we can come again soon! Definitely worth the 5 stars I gave them.Rooms: The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious with full kitchen and livingroomSafety: The hotel felt very safeFood & drinks: The Breakfast buffet was included and beautiful”

“Extended Stay America Suites had the nicest receptionists we've ever met. We specifically requested for a mattress topper as the beds that came with the room we booked weren't that comfortable for us. The bathrooms were also very clean and hygienic, and it came with free toiletries, which we are very happy about. Overall, this is a great place to stay for vacation or a short stay.”

“Best Hotel in town!! Owner is there daily, the managers Anne, and Hailey really work hard to make sure everything is up to par!! The staff are friendly and warm, and will make your stay as comfortable as possible!! If you don’t want to be bothered by house keepers in the morning , may I suggest using your DND sign on the door!! They DO not Knock if it is hanging!!Rooms: Clean! Smelled fantastic! I slept so good!!Food & drinks: Breakfast is so yummy! Waffles! Muffins!! Eggs - boiled or scrambled, sometimes omelettes! The normal stuff like cereals and grits.Noteworthy details: Vending machines on all floors along with Ice machines, in the front lobby- the snack room has many different flavors of drinks and chips , cookies , popcorn and even uncrustables , little microwave pizzas and ice cream!! Exercise room- with towels - balls, tv, and some very up to date equipment! Laundry room, and coffee at anytime!”

“We booked a block of rooms for our soccer team for two consecutive weekends. Kelly was very helpful setting up the block, following up with number of reservations, and reminding us of deadlines. Becky worked the front desk both weekends and was extremely helpful and friendly. She remembered our names from each visit, had rooms ready early for us on a particularly cold, wet day, and accommodated all special requests. Becky literally handed us our keys as we walked in wet, cold and loaded down with bags, no wait at all to check in. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, the breakfast room was a great gathering spot in the evenings, and the location very convenient. Thank you so much!”

“WOW, for a human being to do their job just to get a paycheck at the end of the week is one thing. At Comfort Suites at Harbison, Columbia SC Mrs. Andrena attends the front desk. She is that human that could see a customer in need by only the expression displayed on their face when entering. She noticed and attended to the emotional support needed. For her to care in such a way could only be explained as love for one another as people.
