They're prices are good and they don't ask for much. “Had to get my car fixed due to a collision last year and Enterprise came through once insurance approved it! They picked me up at the collision center and took me to their spot to pick up my rental. “We have rented motor homes from them on several occasions. They've always been polite, very fairly priced, and flexible on pick up and return times. Their motor homes could use to be a little cleaner when they rent them but they're not filthy, just worn and have been, for us, in good working condition with never a mechanical problem.”

“I had the vehicle for almost a month and it was amazing. The truck was everything I needed and more. It rode amazing, the features of the truck were spectacular. The customer service I experienced was amazing except for one individual named Logan. I walked in there and informed him that I was a family of 6, and instead of being compassionate he just wanted me to pay more for an upgrade. He then took another call from someone at another branch and didn’t say excuse me or sorry for putting me on the back burner until he was finished with his call. I guess the manager saw or overheard the conversation and he gave a lady Lee (I think) keys to a truck that seated 6. She apologized for the inconvenience but the damage was done. She listened to me and told me she was going to inform the manager of how I felt. But overall the customer service was top-notch.I thank you for trusting me with your rental. I thank you for understanding and letting me keep the rental longer at the discounted rate that USAA authorized. I will rent from that location again, but I just know who I can talk to or who I can’t talk to.”

“I recently had to use this company for a rental, after my first car accident. I had an amazing rental and Tyquan Thomas helped me every step of the way from start to finish. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was grateful when he reached out to me, letting me know that my insurance’s contract with them was about to end and I should contact my insurance and ask for an extension. As a young lady that has never used a car rental company before, Tyquan made the experience smooth and easy. He gave me many options of locations for rentals when one wasn’t initially available and notified me when the next one would be available. I asked for guidance on how to find the people that did a hit and run on me since they allegedly also had a rental. He was incredibly helpful with that and suggested who to contact for further assistance. I wouldn’t want another enterprise experience unless Tyquan Thomas is there helping me. Thanks man!”

Everything was explained thoroughly, yet to the point. I definitely plan on renting here again because I really appreciate the service.”

“I want to give this place 5 stars but I was a little taken back by their cleaning policy. They wanted you to vacuum it clean before return. I think this used to be an industry standard but seems antiquated and abnormal now. Overall a good experience.”
