“Alamo was great. The Jeep we rented was clean, new, looked great, and enjoyable to drive. Check in was a little slow because they were a little understaffed because someone had called in sick. But the check in staff couldn’t have been more pleasant. All in all it was a great rental experience, and very convenient to arrival and departure from the airport. Very nice and accommodating staff. The return of the rental was seamless and quick and we were greeted by a very nice and cheerful representative. I noticed and liked that every available rental had the trunk open so it was easy to see what was available. Will rent from Alamo again!”

Exceptional customer service given to a customer that was not even his to care for. If I have a choice who I rent through when I rent at KCAE, I would wait in a very long line to be helped by Jeff.”

“This place was an absolute blessing to say the least! I'm in town for training at fort jackson and my home town is about 6 hours away.
