Ur willingness to assist in the insurance claim process and just ur over all willingness to take the best care of him . We are nearly 3 months post surgery and he couldn't be happier. Just seeing him everyday makes my day a blessing . So thank you for loving my baby and caring for him .. thanks for even coming through when in a rush to leave on a trip I forgot his meds and had to call u at 3 am panicking .. “We LOVE Dr. Campbell and ALL the office staff! They all really care about our pets and us as a family!! We have experienced many vet visits, from the regular “well checkup” to the sad visits where we have had to choose euthanasia, and everyone at AMW has always been very supportive and caring! I feel like Dr. Campbell and ALL of the veterinarians there that we have seen always give us the most information that they can about our pets and allow us to make our own decisions regarding our pets’ treatment and care! I also highly recommend their grooming services, which are in the same office! They always do a fabulous job on our goldendoodle! :)”

“My very active dog injured himself while I was at work and was limping and crying. Patrick Vet Clinic gave me advice on keeping him comfortable (as I worked at a vet tech and assistant for years I knew what to do and they have the best advice possible) then got him in the next day. He was thoroughly examined, meds were given, and advice on what might be necessary moving forward was thorough, honest and caring. They had me call in 4 days later and let them know how he was doing (in particular to see if he had wagged his tail, which he hadn't since his injury and could indicate a spinal injury) He did ? He will continue on meds till he is completely healed and I could not be more pleased with their warm, kind and professional service.”

“I’ve been taking my animals to Dr Tom for almost 10 years. He is great and so is his staff! I’ve always been impressed with his knowledge and proactive approach to treating my animals. If he doesn’t have an answer to a question or concern I have during the visit,he researches one and calls me(himself) with the information and how to proceed. I appreciate his upfront and realistic approach and really appreciate the fact that he doesn’t try to capitalize financially on high emotions during a pet crisis like some places in this town. I scrutinize quotes for procedures and invoices and have never felt that the costs were unreasonable. Trust me when I say this, if you want a solid vet experience, give FRAH a try.”

“We were evacuated to coastal Sc from Asheville after hurricane Helene. The aftermath prevented us from getting to our home and we left without anything, including my pups laundry list of medication. Between the evacuation and being off his medications for a week he was in a bad spot, and I am SO glad I called these guys! They just made everything happen so quick and easy to straighten things out and get replacements of all his meds, even his controlled medication. The best part, when we went in for the cursory visit (only needed since he takes alprazolam and they hadn’t written for him before), we didn’t strop foot inside! My dog has extreme anxiety that’s worsened by an absorption issue in upper gi (which was currently uncontrollabled and unmedicated), and a tech came out saying it was already in their notes that our pup had extreme vet anxiety and offered a “backyard visit”. It was perfect! We walked around to a grassy covered back fenced in yard with nothing in it to make it look like a clinic and the vet examined my dog right there in the grass so he never knew he went to the vet! We left.5 minutes later with the last of his scripts in hand and reassured that there was a group of capable people I could take my dog to while we are here in town waiting for news on our Asheville home! Highly recommend !!!”

I highly recommend seeing her and Dr. Kelly as well! It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for!”

“Very professional and compassionate on June 23rd I took my Smokey boy in with swollen tummy along with a few other things not realizing how sick my boy was. I had to make one of three choices and all of them were difficult especially #3. It was so hard not to be selfish and bring him home with me with lots of meds but not fair to him at all. I was given as much time as I needed to make a decision while also being comforted by staff and Dr. I have never nor has my fur baby been treated so well in such a terrible situation. I will highly recommend them to all! I returned on the evening of the 26th to pick up my boy that was cremated at Good Shepherd ( they are wonderful as well) and I was crying trying to ask for him and the receptionist came around and gave a big hug and condolences. That meant a lot!! Well my boy tomorrow will be a week and one of the hardest weeks I've ever had I know you see my tears still flowing hard everyday I miss you so much as your brother and sister miss you tremendously as well as grandad. We love and miss you Smokey”

The staff stayed even after closing time to ensure that I had everything I needed to take care of her. I would recommend 100%!!!”

“I needed a second opinion for my 14yr old pittie, about whether or not to have a tumor removed. The first vet recommend surgery with a long recovery time. On the recommendation of several people I trust I decided to take her to West Ashley Veterinary Clinic. During the first visit the doctor was straight forward and told me that she did not recommend an expensive surgery for a dog that old. She said that this was more than likely "THE THING" and for me to enjoy the time with my pet instead of an expensive surgery with a long recovery time. She said if I wanted to go ahead with the surgery they would, but that their opinion was to give her something for her arthritis and enjoy the time I had with her. I got another four month with her and when it was time to put her down this place made it very easy and accommodating. I'm very glad I took my pup here and would definitely recommend it.”
