“I switched to Charleston Heights after a recommendation from my good friend and after having a phone call with the clinic. My dog is older and I was really unhappy with our experience at the vet he had gone to for years. The experience at CH was amazing. From my initial call all my questions were answered and they were so nice and accommodating. We were seen immediately at our appointment and the staff was so patient with my grumpy old man when he was being ornery. It felt like they truly cared about my boy. Pricing is competitive and received a really thoughtful card after our appointment. Highly recommend!”
