“My almost 17 year old dog was a patient of Dr. Luke. We had nothing but great experiences with PetVet throughout her life. They were extremely helpful when it came to making the decision to let her go and making sure she passed peacefully.”

“My service dog needed to be seen in a timely manor as I suspected a UTI and as a first time patient. I was scheduled within 36 hours by a very professional and compassionate staff person. We met Dr Steele who performed a detailed examination and informative discussion / education relating to his immediate and accurate diagnosis. He is very passionate toward his profession and apparently loves his patients. So, as a 67 and 66 year olds that have had many dogs and many veterinarians throughout the years, my wife and I walked out after the appointment and were throughly impressed and confidently agreed that Dr Steele was the best veterinarian we ever had!Trust us, you will be doing your babies a great service by having this physician and staff serve you.”

“Amazing attention to detail! I filled out their “fear free form,” before our visit and they had everything ready to make sure my dog’s annual exam went as smoothly as possible! They got us straight into an exam room, and were even able to take payment in the exam room, avoiding wait time / running into other dogs in the lobby, which can be triggering for my boy. Listened to all my questions & concerns, overall wonderful experience! -Albie & Mom”

“Highly recommend this practice! From the minute we walked into the door to the time we left, we were treated with top tier service. Treatment options for our kitty were thoroughly explained to us by the Doctor. We never felt rushed. Friendly & kind team. Cannot say enough good things about this place!”

“I transferred my Midnight to this vet when she started having issues. Our other vet was suspecting a different diagnosis, but as soon as Dr. Jones saw my dog, he pointed out some very obvious concerns. I initially brought her here out of convenience, but ultimately, it ended up being a huge blessing in disguise. Patrick shares his knowledge in such an eloquent way that is easy to understand, and he is very transparent and thorough. Patrick and his team have been so kind and gracious throughout the few weeks we were here. I, ultimately, ended up having to put my dog down, but through the entire process, they were very empathetic, supportive, and caring. To anyone who has a furry friend, I cannot recommend Portside Vet enough.”

“Lowcountry Vet Surgery is a bright spot in a stressful situation. Our dog, McLaren, needed TPLO surgery. We worried about everything, our dog's health, cost, time...LVS turned out to be the best support, and EVERYTHING is included in one reasonable price. They even reached out to us on a regular basis for several days after surgery to make sure McLaren was doing OK. Their tips and answers saved us! Totally recommend for your furbaby!”

“Dr. Cook and her team go ABOVE and beyond for your pets. I seriously can’t thank the team enough for how they treated my sweet Miller. I wish Dr. Cook wasn’t a specialist so I could take my pups to her all year round!”

“Took my 14 yo Norwegian Elkhound here upon a recommendation of a friend. Had been taking her to Banfield for two years and was very unsatisfied with their care. My dog had been treated for arthritis in her hips by Banfield. Dr Burton, after a careful and thorough exam, discovered the problem was actually in her spine and not her hips. He was kind and gentle, sat on the floor with my dog rather than putting her on a table. Highly recommend them.”

“Dr. Yager at Crescent Care is AMAZING! I took both my dogs to her when she was working at a previous vet and when I found out she would be moving over to Crescent Care there was no question I would be following her. Today was my first appointment with her at Crescent Care and I had an amazing experience. No wait time, friendly staff, clean facilities/exam rooms and most importantly, my pup is healthy and happy thanks to Dr. Yager!”

“Latte and I love Palmetto Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Henke is great with Latte - she has been seeing him since she was a puppy and is now 13 years old. He and his staff have taken great care of her and her owners!”

“This staff is amazing. They took wonderful care of our Heinrich up until the end?♥️. Now they take care of our Sugar Mae! Even though her moodiness and random fear of men, Dr Burton and staff still show her so much love. Thankyou all!!!!”

“I have a 15ish year old small rescue that had a severe decline in her dental during covid that continued thereafter. I was trying to treat naturally then realized that she had an infection and needed much more than I could ever offer at home. I took her for three consultations due to the cost and my own apprehension due to her age. Dr Clark and his team were wonderful. I did not feel judged for her severe dental state (I was already feeling guilty myself) and they explained how they would work with her due to her age and not perfect bloodwork. I was given an estimate and a call during the procedure. Katie was amazing at talking me through the cost and my worries while they assessed exactly what was going on while she was under. After 24 teeth out (seriously) she has extra pep in her step, is no longer night walking, and has put back on some weight. I’m glad that I did the procedure after thinking about it probably for a bit too long. Thank you!”

“My dog has a lot of health problems and they have been amazing with treatment. While we are still trying to figure out all of my pup’s issues, they have been very hands on, detailed, and professional every step of the way.”

“UPDATED 2/6/24Sushi no longer requires sedation or muzzle! He does so well them because I believe they are actual angels. The entire staff is 11/10 and look forward to coming even if I have to pay :). Thanks Mt P Animal Hospital!!!!!!Can’t say enough good things about this place! Dr Compta and Dr Hill, all the techs, and reception, etc, are fantastic. I would go as far to say this is the best vet’s office I’ve ever been to. My pup, Sushi, has always required anesthesia for visits prior to coming here (we have now had 2 visits, currently with heartworm). I can confidently say we have graduated (lol) into oral sedation because, I believe, they are trustworthy folk who just do what needs to be done! They’re friendly, communicative, reasonably priced (seriously!). 10/10 highly recommend!”

“My Jazzy jumped off the bed and impacted her knee...she was in terrible pain and I have a travel vet. Not a fan of the emergency vet in Mt. P so took her to Tidewater Veterinary and they got me right in. I don't usually take the time to do reviews and I wasn't asked to:) ..I can not say enough good things and how wonderful they were...the girls came out and helped me carry her in on her dog bed (she is a 66 pound dog) Dr. B was amazing and so gentle. They got her into a splint called and got a call into see Dr. Cook (surgeon). They have followed up every day to see how she is doing and truly care. I feel like the old days when your vet knew you and your dogs name.”

“Dr. Sauls and her staff are such incredible and kind people! I drive almost an hour every time I come for my dogs appointments and I would drive even two hours if it meant her and her staff could take care of my fur baby. Dr. Sauls is dedicated to her work and it shines bright and true. She is caring and very understanding when it comes to any sort of concerns. I highly recommend her if your fur babies need anything done because she goes above and beyond every time! This message is Jax approved!!”

“I honestly couldn't say enough good things about this place. They were extremely kind and provided me with so many answers! My puppy has had some skin problems that have affected his coat. Dr. Steele was so kind and extremely through. I felt comfy leaving my dog in their care and will definitely be returning.”

“You don't get the full effect of how much a vet cares for pet unless you work there. I have seen how much Dr. Deford and Dr. Littlejohn care for their patients. This is from the youngest pet just getting his first shots. To helping an older pet cross the rainbow bridge. The staff care just as much. I love working here, and I know my cats are well taken care of.”

“So today we found out from our kennel that our dogs vaccinations were out of date. Our vacation started tomorrow and our usual Banfield location was closed because they were understaffed. 5 other locations in the area were either closed for the same reason or so over booked they could not take our dogs. But the last call I made to the North Honeycutt location in Mt Pleasant was able to accept them. Thank God for Dr. Sweatman and Amy for fitting us in. They were great with our dogs and great helping us out with our dilemma. Just wanted you guys to know how great this location and this staff were. Thanks again.”

“This was our first time here for a couple of strays we found on a Sunday, one with a broken leg. Everyone was great, quick and thorough! They were very supportive of us helping these two strays!”

“We have had some really strange experiences lately over at the Houston Northcutt location and decided to try the Long Point location instead. The last two visits we had at the Houston Northcutt location were with Dr. Belt and the experience was incredibly uncomfortable and odd, to say the least. We told the receptionist and vet that our dog is treat motivated and especially likes pill pockets and spray peanut butter and that vets in the past have used them to help make the whole process easier on them and more enjoyable for him since he is a little shy. She said they didn't have any... Last time we brought our own bag of treats and she still refused to give them to him! Who ever heard of a vet not wanting to give dogs treats in order to make them more comfortable? Treats aside though, Dr. Belt also didn't give us ANY information about his hematoma. For instance, it filled up again and she didn't mention that it could happen again and what we should do if it does. So we called the Long Point location and they were so fantastic!! Much better energy over there with the receptionist and the vet. We saw Dr. Bridget Deford and she was so fantastic!! She took her time with us, answered our questions and wasn't shy with the treats! It was a really great experience. I highly recommend the Long Point location and Dr. Deford.”
