Compared to other Zara stores, I feel like it's falling behind on what's new.

Never will shop at Zara again. Received some lovely items for Christmas that just weren’t my style. Went to store yesterday to return and store would not accept for charge back or store credit. Apparently returns accepted up to December 30th. Five days, ridiculous?

Inventory management is an issue. Associates don’t seem to knowledgeable of products. Check out for one item took 15 minutes from start of cash register interaction to end … not counting the wait time in line. Horrific in store experiences!
