“Just a tiny boutique with a big bang! I love this shop because somehow they always have what I don't know I want or need. In the beginning of the summer I got a dress by Choklate/Paris. I got a zillion compliments on it and then I bought another for a dear friends birthday and another for the fall. They have dresses /outfits for daily wear or special events that are super stylish and original. I have also picked up some great jewelry and a poncho for insanely reasonable prices. You won't be disappointed, it's da bomb.”

“This store is everything! They have a specific extended size section, which rocks! It’s clear they put a ton of thought and care into each of the pieces they carry. The employees are incredibly kind and supportive. I can always count on Sabrina to help me style clothing and boost my confidence. Yay Nava! Best boutique in Providence hands down.”

“This is one of the best Hot Topic around. The Providence Place Mall is a very busy place, reminds me of the old malls where you can go and get the products in person. My daughter loves the variety that this hot topic provides. Alot of those Japanese anime stuff,to bands,to Pokémon products. Give it a try.”

“Excellent service. I called to make sure store was open, left a voice message and store owner called me back. Very pleasant lady. My daughter Emily and I made it to the store. Store easy to find. We found parking in front of store. Owner gave us her full attention, she is very knowledgeable of the different fajas, my daughter and I walked out of there very happy. Store has a variety of different merchandise besides fajas. A recommended this store if you want to make a good investment on a faja that is going to fit your body size and a good lasting material. It was worth traveling from Mass to R.I.”

“Max Formal Co is a wonderful hidden gem in Providence, full of unique textiles and vintage styles. Furthermore, Paul and Debbie, who own the business and rent out the apartments next door, are beacons in the community and amazing at what they do. I've lived in one of their apartments for the past two years and whenever there's been even the smallest issue, Paul has jumped in right away with a solution. He always makes himself available to help someone who is struggling. Paul and Debbie are the type of genuine people you don't always get lucky enough to come by, and I cannot recommend them and their business enough.”

“I walked into this Garage store, mainly because my husband's niece used to work here and she was always saying good things about the store and the brand. I looked around for something for one of my nieces and I found a lot of really nice "young" fashion. The prices are a bit on the high side compared to other stores that cater to young females, but the look and the styles are definitely different and a bit more trendy. Garage primarily targets fashion for young women. Founded in 1975 as a subsidiary of Groupe Dynamite, Garage currently has locations in Canada and the United States. The first store opened in Quebec in 1975 and in 2007, they opened their first stores in the USA. Now many American malls have Garage clothing stores.”

“Andrew M provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I would like him to be recognized. EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all coats in store and even more importantly, willing to take the time and patience required to explain everything about the the technology behind each coat in laymen’s terms for us to understand. He understood the differences between what a parent wants for their child in a coat vs what the child would want. Due to his customer service skills, I bought two coats instead of one at the perfect price. Thank you Andrew”

“Queen of Hearts opened its doors for the first time in 2006 by Karen Beebe. The store is a fashion boutique featuring cool jewelry, colorful dresses, and unique accessories. Last time I stopped by, I was checking some jewelry accessories for a gift....they do have lots of fun stuff that you don't usually see at a larger department store. Year round, the store provides complimentary gift wrapping for all purchases...The business is very dog-friendly.”

“I decided to go into this Zumiez to check their T-shirts. The store is pretty large and a bit crowded....they did have a lot of colorful clothing for men such as T-shirts, shirts, sweatshirts and underwear. In the back they have a section for skateboarders with colorful skateboards. The staff was pretty busy when I walked in, so I did not get any assistance. Zumiez is a specialty clothing store founded by Thomas Campion and Gary Haakenson in 1978, and publicly traded since 2005. The company is a specialty retailer of apparel, footwear, accessories and hardgoods for young men and women. Zumiez markets clothing for action sports, particularly skateboarding, snowboarding, and motocross. Zumiez is based in Lynnwood, Washington. Originally named "Above the Belt" when the first store was opened at Northgate Mall (Seattle) in 1978, the company grew quickly through the early 1980s with the addition of stores at Everett Mall (Everett, Washington), Alderwood Mall (Lynnwood, WA), Tacoma Mall (Tacoma, WA) and Bellevue Square (Bellevue, WA). The mid and late eighties brought new stores online outside of the Puget Sound area, and the corporate name changed to Zumiez. The corporate office was moved from Everett to Lynnwood, Washington in 2012.”

“Even though I am not in my 20s or 30s, I still like to find good stuff at Aeropostale. They have some great polo shirts, jeans, shirts, etc. Also this is one of my niece Debbie's favorites stores, so whenever I see a good sale going on, I stop by.The store is a bit on the crowded side, but it's because they have so much merchandise they need to display, it's busy on the actual floor space as well as high up, with jeans and sweatshirts piled up high. The staff at the register are very nice and the process is pretty smooth.”

“They got the clothes you need usually, good quality at affordable prices. Some items are strangely priced rather high and some sizes are just not in stock all the time. It's usually worth browsing in the store when they have a sale going on at the time”

“Was in the Store today Catarina waited in me. She was fantastic answered all my questions even gave my little dog a treat. I believe the manager was there also or some woman that was writing that could be bothered even answering one question for me. but Catarina stepped right in and took right over. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and excellent customer service skills?? I'm hoping district management or higher management sees this review because Caterina is and should be A very valuable and recognized employee within your cooperation.”

“Excellent collection of items in a lovely little spot. I brought my granddaughter to buy a birthday gift for her mom. We were both thrilled with the many things she could choose from. “Nice place to get quality casual wear for the entire family. The look is more for a younger look than a formal look, so think of park, beach, chilling. The store used to be on the second floor of the mall and it was really expansive. Now it is on the main floor, a bit smaller, but still showcasing nice clothes. Love their jeans, sweatshirts and shirts. The corporate entity of Abercrombie & Fitch is branded as an American lifestyle retailer that focuses on casual wear. Its headquarters are in New Albany, Ohio. The company operates three other offshoot brands: Abercrombie Kids, Hollister Co., and Gilly Hicks. As of 2022, the company operates over 800+ stores across all brands. Once known for its ad campaigns mostly featuring nearly-nude, white teen models behaving in sexually suggestive ways with each other, the company has toned down sexually charged imagery and no longer features scantily dressed models in its advertisements. According to then-Chairman Arthur Martinez, these changes were implemented to show that the company is evolving with its consumers. Abercrombie & Fitch is also notable for referring to its in-store customer service and sales staff as "brand representatives" (formerly known as "models").”
