“I went to this location today searching for a new pair of jeans. Maria, the Assistant Manager was the helpful to me. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she showed me 3 different styles. She was so patient with me as I had hip replacement surgery and walking around and going in fitting room was challenging. She told me to use the handicap dressing room which was great because it had a bench for me to sit down. I had to call back tonight as I thought I wanted talk in the jeans and they were way too long. She answered the phone, found the jeans and is holding them for me. Old Navy is fortunate to have Maria on their team.”

“I'm in a flannel phase, apparently. After a visit to Vermont Flannel during a family vacation this summer, I thought it couldn't get any better. I love both brands equally. LL Bean's customer service is absolutely perfect. The vibe is so pleasant every time I'm in the store whether I need help or not. I don't know how they train their staff, but the whole team is second-to-none as far as retail shops go. In addition to flannel fanatics, their aesthetic appeals to comfort seekers of all ages. I can't get enough.”

“I’ve been a big fan of Old Navy for years, and have bought most of my workwear there via the website. I was on a website mostly because their extra hefty Big boy clothes were only available there for quite a while.This day, I stepped in to do a return from an Internet order, and it was done, efficiently and courteously.I did look around, and was surprised to see larger sizes now available there.Would recommend this in probably any Old Navy.”

“The place is wonderful, clean usually friendly staff, but on this particular visit I just happened upon a RUDE temp manager who was rude to a customer on the phone then when my Kohl's credit wouldn't work she stated to give me attitude, even though I had my app open showing just how much I had. This one evil will however not tarnish my view of Kohl's.”
“My son, his groomsmen and the fathers all had custom suits made by Nino for his wedding. They all looked fabulous! This company was so easy to work with for all of them, and the excellent quality of the suits were very evident. Nino was patient, kind and organized. For the cost of renting a tux, they all now have custom made suits.”
“Pittsburgh’s Gucci store at the Ross Park Mall is amazing! Employee’s are very helpful, get at giving design suggestions, and made the whole shopping experience wonderful. I was helped with finding my item, offered me a drink of water while I waited for my wallet to be packaged up. I will be buying again from this store often!”
“Hot Topic in Ross Park Mall is a very interesting little store. Much to explore. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained and organized store. Prices are high for this type of store but there are always sales and coupons to use. My only issue is that the store doesn't carry a wide variety of plus size clothing in the actual store, requiring you to purchase the larger sizes online.”

“I found a long Forgotton gift card for casual male Big & Tall. I took it in to DXL Manero in the North Hills Village Mall to spend it upon entering the store I was greeted by young lady name, Timmie Brown, who I found out was the store manager. She greeted me with the kindest smile I’ve ever seen and I explained my situation. She checked the card and it did have a large amount of money on it still. When I explained that I was getting over a severely broken ankle and surgery, and could she direct me to the items I wanted to buy. She was very gracious and thoughtful, and took me directly to them. I cannot stress enough how kind and thoughtful she was due to my injury. I most definitely will return to this store.”

“This is a great macys location. Sadly It was recently added to a list of closures that macys has going. The store is well stocked and well lit. Everything is easy to find. They also have a toys r us section with plenty to offer. Many different departments as you would expect. Upper section accessible by escalater or elevator. Clean bathrooms. Easy to access from the mall or the parking lot and doors direct for the store. This store will be missed. Convenient location and everything you might need from a department store.”

“Nicely sized store. I was greeted discretely and told the sales that were going on at the time. AE always has some kind of sale! The staff was friendly but not overbearing and let me roam around. AE clothes are a nice quality and stylish, following the latest trends but also always carrying some more neutral and "evergreen" pieces. I love their jeans and they make a few styles for taller women!Aerie across from AE is huge and has everything you can dream about. I love both these AE and Aerie stores and I think they are the best I've been too.”

“I came here in search of a suit for a wedding and I left happy and satisfied. Susan helped me choose different outfits and assisted me when I needed a different size. She was very passionate about her job and had taste and understood mine instantly. I ended up spending more than I wanted but I left with a wonderful Italian wool blazer/wide leg pants and a blouse that I can't wait to wear.They have very stylish clothes but also more traditional ones. Quality is high and you can feel it at the touch and in the way everything fits. Sure prices are higher but quality also is. I was very happy with my visit!”
