“Don't get me wrong, I love the Oakmont P+P location, but I am SO EXCITED to have Precious + Posh a little closer to home in the North Hills in Wexford! This location is huge and has so many adorable styles to choose from for my little guy! Customer service is superb, and the atmosphere is awesome! Babies and little ones are welcome, and it's such a comfortable shopping experience for a mom (or dad, or grandma, or aunts, or uncles...)! I can't recommend this place enough whether you need something special or everyday wear (and toys and accessories) for your baby or child!”

“My experience with Luna Boutique is one I will never forget. From the questionnaire I filled out in the very beginning, all the way to safely receiving my dress during COVID-19, it was unique and special. As someone who definitely doesn't fit the mold (I'm a tattoo-covered n*** who loves an alternative style) Erin never made me feel like I didn't belong exactly where I was. It can be hard, if you're outside the mold, to see yourself in the "wedding culture". But I didn't feel like that at Luna Bridal. My experience in the shop was totally custom and personal. She left up a trunk show for me, because she thought I might be interested in it based on the info I filled out in advance. I never felt pressured as I looked through dresses, and was encouraged to go at my own pace. The shop is also entirely gorgeous and clean. I picked my dress pre-COVID, but went to go get it after COVID had arrived. If you have concerns about that, know that Erin takes great precautions and will explain the process to you if you are at all concerned. I would lastly like to add that the shop is owned by a very progressive, inclusive woman. Erin works to diversify the local wedding culture, and I'm very proud I got my dress from such a socially aware shop.”

“I am very happy that I went into BFF in Etna, PA. I have rode by the shop many times before but never had a need to go in and explore. My daughter started baton twirling and this was the perfect place to go to order her baton. I received a prompt return call and had flexibility with scheduling my measurement appointment. The shop was clean and organized with beautiful dance decor. I was greeted immediately and made to feel very welcomed! The owner was extremely personable and very appreciative for my business! She took time to properly measure my daughter for her new baton. She even allowed my curious child to explore around the shop while answering her many questions. The ordering process was easy. “I'm in a flannel phase, apparently. After a visit to Vermont Flannel during a family vacation this summer, I thought it couldn't get any better. I love both brands equally. LL Bean's customer service is absolutely perfect. The vibe is so pleasant every time I'm in the store whether I need help or not. I don't know how they train their staff, but the whole team is second-to-none as far as retail shops go. In addition to flannel fanatics, their aesthetic appeals to comfort seekers of all ages. “I went to this location today searching for a new pair of jeans. Maria, the Assistant Manager was the helpful to me. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she showed me 3 different styles. She was so patient with me as I had hip replacement surgery and walking around and going in fitting room was challenging. She told me to use the handicap dressing room which was great because it had a bench for me to sit down. I had to call back tonight as I thought I wanted talk in the jeans and they were way too long. She answered the phone, found the jeans and is holding them for me. Old Navy is fortunate to have Maria on their team.”

“I have always seen the commercials and finally was able to visit this brick & mortar store inside Ross Park Mall. Upon entering I was greeted properly & questioned what I was looking for & how shirts fit me. My fiancé was offered a bottle of water while I tried on their exclusive sanitized “sizing” shirts to get the proper fit. Once finding what fit was right for my body, all I had to do was pick a shirt I wanted and they brought it from the back individually wrapped. During check out, I was then offered & excepted a “palate warmer” which spoke to the brand and their attention to creating a phenomenal customer experience. The shirts are well designed, high quality, made to fit exactly the same, making it worth the extra cost.”

“Great boutique! Shopped here for the first time today and was very pleased. First off the staff is very friendly and helpful giving honest opinions about sizing and matching. There is a great selection of items. Everything from jeans and tees to formal dresses and coats. They also have accessories and some home items. Items are priced appropriately for each brand. While some items are higher end and a bit pricey you Can also find really great brands of great quality that are more affordable. They have a 14 day store credit only return policy. My only Complaints were that the heat was so high in the store i felt sick. Especially in the dressing room. Also the mirrors are verrrry tilted so I hope the items I purchased still look good at home.”
