“My wife and I purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat. We are very pleased with the brand (Flexsteel) and what appears to be high quality. We had a bit of a bad situation where the salesman told us we didn't need to move our old furniture (to our garage) and that the delivery team would. So when the delivery team showed up they told us they weren't allowed to move the old furniture so my daughter and I had to move it while the delivery team was at my house! I was NOT very happy and feel that Levin owes us some sort of discount for this. But even after all that, once we got the furniture we noticed some damage to the leather couch. The delivery team called the warehouse and were told that we can keep the current couch since the holidays were approaching and would deliver a replacement around a week later. They made sure to check over the replacement couch very carefully. The delivery team also did a very nice job ensuring the couch was ok and was very professional and friendly. The reason I'm rating a 5 is because the sales process overall was good, Levin made sure we received a couch we were satisfied with, and mostly because of the very professional and friendly delivery teams we had. I just think Levin needs to make sure their sales team is not telling customers things that the delivery team ends up having to deal with along with unhappy customers.”

“I am so impressed with the customer service and expertise from Leon's billiards and more. They deserve more than a 5star rating and I would refer them to anyone I know. Chris was very informative and answered any questions I had without making me feel like he was pushing to make a sale. He went above beyond as a salesperson. The day before delivery day, Chris called to verify our purchase and run through everything we had talked about to make sure we were on the same page. I even spoke with his brother Mike a little bit as well at the home show, and he too was very knowledgeable and I appreciate everything they helped us with. On delivery day, Corey called to verify the timeframe and ask questions to be prepared for the job. He came with another insteller Justin and they were friendly and considerate. They took care in making sure the product was brought in careful and put together but the whole process went together with ease. He carefully took measurements to make sure the table was in the correct spot. Once the install was complete he took his time to make sure the ball rolled straight and the table was level. He even explained to us what to look for when he was doing it. It's nice to have someone not only install something for you. But take the time to explain things as well. He was very knowledgeable about the build and good to know he loved what he was doing. Not just doing it for a check and get the job done to leave.”

“Love, love, love this consignment boutique! Erika has done a phenomenal job of taking a very lovely store, to the next level. It’s truly a wonderful establishment! The clothes are always in immaculate condition, prices are great, staff is very friendly and store is so clean! I’ve been to all of the consignment stores in the Pittsburgh area and this is above all the rest, and the only store I partner with to consign my belongings. You won’t be disappointed!”

“We outfitted much of our home from Arhaus Wexford and have been very satisfied with most of what we purchased. From our dining set, couch and entertainment center being the best of what we’ve received. The outdoor teak furniture is subpar but we will live with it. The delivery team is better than most. Mike is excellent and Maureen was a great help also. Very nice furniture overall.”

He is always pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable. I love that there are places one can still go and see/touch things rather than having to shop online for merchandise sight unseen.
