At first he had 2 other customers in the store but handled all of us at same time. I was there for a couple hours because of everything we needed with 3 phones. Zach & his coworker were so patient & so helpful. Even my 18 year old praised them! Much appreciated! We will drive the 30 mins if we need help in the future!!”

“I have been a customer with AT&T for over 20 years with not so great to ok customer service. However, my experience at ALLIANCE MOBILE - PA WEST CHESTER in WEST CHESTER, PA. With Sales Rep Jason G, the first time at this location, was exceptional! Jason did not let his rough morning opening experience, employees not showing up, with myself and children standing at the door, affect our experience and was over the top helpful with our large purchase and limited time on having to be out of the store for a scheduled event. Jason was extremely knowledgeable of all product offerings, humorous personality and showing a genuine interest on meeting all of our needs in the short time constraint that we were on. Jason truly made us all feel welcomed and provided all assistance we needed with a smile! I have never had this experience in 20+ years with AT&T. Thank you Jason G for your attentiveness, knowledge of all product offerings and hospitality that you provided my family with!”

“JD at Kennett store was fantastic! So knowledgeable. I went to two other ATT stores, because I needed help with transferring my phone line from my previous employer to my personal accounts. Two different trips to two different. Wilmington stores were absolutely fruitless. JD spent over an hour helping me and resolving my issue and also helping me with a plan. If you have an AT&T account do not go anywhere else. So grateful for all his knowledge and patience. Thank you!”

Had a billing issue with my account and the sales representative was willing to call into customer service for me to fix the issue when the other store outside the mall refused to open my account. I don't visit stores much at all, but if I need to, I'll visit the T-Mobile in the Exton Mall, as long as the mall doesn't close.”

“I have a bad habit of destroying my phone cases. It's terrible really. Tonight, my phone case hit it's wits end and begged to be retired. We had no idea where go to find a new case, but after doing some digging, we managed to discover Target. This place is ONE OF A KIND. Seriously. I mean look at me and my new phone case.
