With Sales Rep Jason G, the first time at this location, was exceptional! Jason did not let his rough morning opening experience, employees not showing up, with myself and children standing at the door, affect our experience and was over the top helpful with our large purchase and limited time on having to be out of the store for a scheduled event. Jason was extremely knowledgeable of all product offerings, humorous personality and showing a genuine interest on meeting all of our needs in the short time constraint that we were on. Jason truly made us all feel welcomed and provided all assistance we needed with a smile! I have never had this experience in 20+ years with AT&T. I came in to finance a phone and had a budget of about $200 and when everything was done they had me under budget by $95. I got a 5G phone with 128G of memory..
