“I have been a customer with AT&T for over 20 years with not so great to ok customer service. However, my experience at ALLIANCE MOBILE - PA WEST CHESTER in WEST CHESTER, PA. With Sales Rep Jason G, the first time at this location, was exceptional! Jason did not let his rough morning opening experience, employees not showing up, with myself and children standing at the door, affect our experience and was over the top helpful with our large purchase and limited time on having to be out of the store for a scheduled event. Jason was extremely knowledgeable of all product offerings, humorous personality and showing a genuine interest on meeting all of our needs in the short time constraint that we were on. Jason truly made us all feel welcomed and provided all assistance we needed with a smile! I have never had this experience in 20+ years with AT&T. “I went in there today with my two kids and was helped by Zach. He was so helpful! I don’t normally do reviews but he deserves one! At first he had 2 other customers in the store but handled all of us at same time. I was there for a couple hours because of everything we needed with 3 phones.
