I stupidly drove my car into a muddy swamp because I was exploring and looking at some of the trees that were growing, and I went into this big muddy field area and couldn't get out. It sank down all the way to the bottom of the car. (He said it was 'belly in' or something.) I was right near their office, and I asked a random person who could tow me, and he told me where Valley was, so I walked a short way down the street to them. He came back with me to where my car was, a Subaru Outback, and he pulled it out of the mud and didn't charge me a whole lot because I told him that I would be able to pay in cash in a couple days, but I was broke at the time, and would've had to pay with insurance otherwise. They were super nice to me and this whole thing didn't turn out to be as much of a disaster as it seemed at first.”
“Excellent service in a pinch. This auto parts shop was a quick stop when I was in great need of windshield wipers during a sleet/snow storm.
To my surprise their prices are MUCH better than the big box stores and I came away with 2 new windshield wipers less than $15. Everything is so affordable, they even popped the wipers on in the storm.
Highly recommend this local shop for price, quality and service.”
