My car had a brake issue so it failed the inspections in two other places in town. They charged me A LOT for fixing, so I came to Traditional automobiles. “My first encounter w/Roan's was when I needed some welding done on my vehicle. The sub-frame was rusted out and wouldn't pass inspection. I took it to a place on N Atherton Street for an estimate and they gave me a price of $1500. I called a buddy of mine to see if he could recommend anybody else to do the job, and he said, "Yeah, take it to Roan's Body Shop." So I took my car to Roan's, they put it up on the rack and looked things over. The owner said, "I can fix it, $750!!" I didn't even tell him that I had another estimate of $1500, just took it in and he quoted me that price!! That was over 30 yrs ago, and I've been going to Roan's ever since!! You can look high, low, and in between, but I can guarantee that you won't find a better shop to repair your vehicle. Whether it's something mechanical that needs fixed, or if you should happen to have a run in with a deer, Roan's can do the repairs for you at more than a fair price.”

“I own a 2006 Corvette and suddenly the vehicle wouldn't start. After playing around with it myself trying to resolve the problem i decided to have it transported to Stockers. When the tow truck arrived to pick it up it miraculously started for some reason and i drove it onto the truck. It also started when it was unloaded from the truck. Very puzzling. Saeed (technician), started it and moved it into the garage. He wondered at this point, why is the car in the shop? He programmed the FOB's and all seemed well until he drove it from the shop and found he was locked in the vehicle. I'm not certain how he got out. Anyway, to make a long story short Saeed determined that the RCDLR computer module was defective and unfortunately for me GM doesn't manufacture it any longer. See invoice # 61020 BURG for the rest of the story. Both Amy and Saeed kept the situation under control. Saeed put a tremendous amount of effort into the project. He told me he that he reviewed videos of the problem in the evening (on his own time) to see if other C6 owners encountered the same issue. To go the extra mile for the customer is rare these days. That impressed me. Stocker is fortunate to have dedicated employee's such as Saeed and Amy in resolving customer problems. You now have a new customer.Barry Burger”

“I walked out to my car this afternoon and saw that my tire was flat. I panicked and called AAA. Luckily, they called Graham's Exxon to put on my spare tire. This is probably the quickest tire replacement I've ever had. I get a flat tire at least once a year and I always wait a minimum of 4 hours for AAA to send someone. This time, they were out here in 30 minutes. I think it's because I'm in State College this time rather than a major city, but regardless, I'm very satisfied with the service. Thank you so much!”
