Due to the nature of the repair, Rahal's GM Matt personally coordinated the repair. When I picked up my vehicle, my service advisor Casey had arranged to have my vehicle cleaned.I really can't say enough about these folks. They have done a very good job at hiring the right people. Everyone I deal with is professional, and kind.”

“My first encounter w/Roan's was when I needed some welding done on my vehicle. The sub-frame was rusted out and wouldn't pass inspection. I took it to a place on N Atherton Street for an estimate and they gave me a price of $1500. I called a buddy of mine to see if he could recommend anybody else to do the job, and he said, "Yeah, take it to Roan's Body Shop." So I took my car to Roan's, they put it up on the rack and looked things over. The owner said, "I can fix it, $750!!" I didn't even tell him that I had another estimate of $1500, just took it in and he quoted me that price!! That was over 30 yrs ago, and I've been going to Roan's ever since!! You can look high, low, and in between, but I can guarantee that you won't find a better shop to repair your vehicle. Whether it's something mechanical that needs fixed, or if you should happen to have a run in with a deer, Roan's can do the repairs for you at more than a fair price.”

“I scheduled a service for this past week to get a rear quarter panel dent, tail light, and a few other things fixed on my 2021 Acura TLX. The accident happened back in August and I went through these guys to have the estimate done as well as the repairs. My car was there for about 2 weeks, which i was completely fine with because it takes time to do good work, and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. This was the first time I needed body work done to a car, and they were great to work with. I wasn’t too sure how anything worked as far as the repairs, drop offs, estimates, etc. and Patrick and Lance walked me through everything and kept me up to date on the progress during the repairs. Big shoutout to Lance, Patrick, and all the body shop guys for the hard work they do! If anyone is on the fence about Joel Confer’s body shop, I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be going back should I ever need any repairs again on any of my cars!Services: Body & Trim”

“Leave your politics at the door! No seriously. Like me, you are probably reading the reviews from this place, and you likely disagree with the politics of the proprietors. You may think that the politics signal some sort of bad service, and the low scored reviews reflect the service rendered rather than some political bias. While I am absolutely certain there are very few ways Nick (the gentleman who serviced my lawn mower) and I overlap politically, I can confidently say that avoiding Stoicheff's due to my own political beliefs would have robbed me of excellent service. We live in such a tremendously divided society, don't let that rob you from a hard working, honest, and price-conscious shop. Ignore the politically-charged reviews and give this shop a chance for your small engine repair needs.”
