“This is a great shop! They truly care about doing high quality work and making their customers happy. When I picked up my car, Dale was really happy that I came before the rain and sunset as he was very proud of the work they'd done and excited to see my reaction. I thought that was awesome and rare these days. And they should have been proud because it did look great. They even cleaned up the entire exterior and made the tires shine. I wasn't expecting that either. I didn't have any issues with the repairs but Dale told me to call if I did and they would take care of it. I definitely recommend this shop. Their prices are also very competitive.”

Wanted to give a raving review to Conestoga Collision and particularly khan, vinny, tony and Allison as they are fantastic and if i could give them all an 11 i would but i know on 1-10 they are 10 in my books. The precision fixes, the customer service, follow ups, the app on updates, and knowledge are superior and above the rest of competition on repairs and all else. Khan above all from when i took vehicle in to the repairs getting completed as if its a new purchase from dealership has left me in awe. Congrats to him and team. “This review UPDATED on November, I7, 2023.I had my car inspected 2 weeks ago. PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS.. Including an oil change...So, when I got home I noticed that the FOG LIGHTS weren't working.So I drove by today, and 20 minutes later, FOG LIGHTS WORK!!!! ?️???✌️?????.. “Honesty can be difficult to come by.
Steve is an honest man that is running and honest business.
I had closed my garage door on my car and already received one estimate. Wanting to compare that one, I stopped in at Classic Coachwork in Collegeville for a second opinion.
Steve looked at the damage and said that it did not necessarily need to be painted. He cleaned the area for me, and it was almost as good as new. It is not perfect, but it is 90% better and I can live with the way it looks.
I was given the option to have the part pulled off, painted and looking brand new but I opted out. Steve was willing to do the work, if that is what I wanted. He was not turning away the job, but he was also not ripping me off.
I appreciate that he did not make me feel like a complete idiot, which is how I felt when I watched him clean and buff the area.
Steve saved me a lot of money.
If my car ever needs more extensive work, I know exactly where I am going.”

“I’m happy I received a replacement power steering pump I ordered about 2 year’s ago but it was not working properly had a leak and I spoke to them about a replacement pump but they didn’t have any they told at the time but finally they take care of me by sending me another pump I’m waiting to see if everything works out…just glad to see they still a few honest people out there”

“I had some damage to bumper and my tail light, and Bruce at Rowlands was able to get me an estimate within the hour of me calling, and his estimate was less than half of what the place near me had given me. He worked with me, and saved me a ton of money, I am on a tight budget and this was a Godsend for me!
Bruce was able to get my car in the next day and had it finished the same day! Not only that, but the work was flawless and it looked perfect. He went above and beyond and I cannot highly recommend Rowlands enough. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any work, and I will be sending everyone I know his way!
