“Trust. this. place. They have done work on my boyfriends car before so I called up in a pinch and they were extremely helpful. Totally took care of me and hooked me up. As a young woman, I'm still sometimes learning where to go for certain things and who to trust to not take advantage when it comes to cost. Ott's does not take advantage of you and is such a nice, warm family place. They also have a sweet dog to greet you as an added bonus :) I'll absolutely be returning to Ott's when in need!!”

“I’ve used this place for years, but I had to leave a review of my most recent experience so the everyone knows how awesome they are.I have the greatest mechanic/car place ever!!! Superior Collision and M&H Transmission are the best. Matt that runs the place is always so kind and helpful.I got my car inspected today and I didn’t leave any paperwork, like you’re supposed to. I forget every time. Does he get mad or just say get it when you can move to someone else? No, he stayed with me on the phone while I texted and emailed the 2 different documents you need. “I just picked my Jeep up from Dominick's Auto Body on Nutt Road in Phoenixville. What a first class operation. They finished my repairs within the time they promised, which is not always the case. The car looks like new and has never been cleaner inside or out thanks to their detailing of my car while they had it in for the needed body work. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Thank you!”

“I ordered some tires from TireRack and had them installed at Phoenix Performance. I previously had tires installed there years ago, and just like the last time, the experience was great from start to finish. Joe (the owner) was friendly and communicative, and their techs took fantastic care of my car. Yes, I paid a little more than if I'd gone to a budget tire place (though not much, their prices are quite reasonable), but that's well worth it to know my car is in good hands. I even got a tour of their facilities; lots of very cool cars getting worked on! I'd highly recommend them, especially if you have a performance car and want the best service around.”

“The guy that was in the parking lot changing a battery is a good representation of what customer service is. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. It wasn't the guy that rang me out. I was in a hurry to get down to my daughter who ran out of gas on the 17th. Cold as heck outside. I needed a gas can. I was ready to head out back down the road because I didn't see one, he stopped me on the way out and asked if I needed help while he was still helping the other customer in the parking lot and pointed me to the gas cans. The other staff member, whom I didn't even notice, rang me out. Either way, advance is usually my choice compared to awful zone.”

“I'm a bit late to post a review... However... This place is fantastic. I needed windshield wipers for my work vehicle, and like everyone else, it was a rainy day. Not only was the service fast and friendly, but in the ugly rain he helped me install the wiper blades. Yes, I know most stores"do that" but I went to Napa for wipers, not a catalytic converter or something. The genuine kindness was awesome and I highly recommend.”
