“I had my 2019 Toyota Camry serviced today, Nov. 8, at Sloane Toyota in Malvern. I drove my car into the bay without waiting. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a very kind, friendly gentleman who took my name, all pertinent information, and directed me to Fred, my service advisor. Fred was extremely careful to go over all of my requests. He even came into the showroom while I was waiting to give me an update. “This is a great shop! They truly care about doing high quality work and making their customers happy. When I picked up my car, Dale was really happy that I came before the rain and sunset as he was very proud of the work they'd done and excited to see my reaction. I thought that was awesome and rare these days. And they should have been proud because it did look great. They even cleaned up the entire exterior and made the tires shine. I wasn't expecting that either. I didn't have any issues with the repairs but Dale told me to call if I did and they would take care of it. I definitely recommend this shop. Their prices are also very competitive.”
