When I picked up my car, Dale was really happy that I came before the rain and sunset as he was very proud of the work they'd done and excited to see my reaction. I thought that was awesome and rare these days. And they should have been proud because it did look great. They even cleaned up the entire exterior and made the tires shine. I wasn't expecting that either. I didn't have any issues with the repairs but Dale told me to call if I did and they would take care of it. I definitely recommend this shop. “I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally! “I scratched my car (badly) against a cement block and our insurance had Keystone as an in-network provider. One of the best decisions for our car was to use this body shop. Jim kept my husband and I apprised of what was going on with our car, let us know how much we would owe, and even ordered the parts for our car before we could drop it off. He got it done in 2 weeks solid, even with the snow delaying things. He was friendly, courteous, and prompt. He would follow-up with a phone call along with an email, which I appreciated since our car was ready a day early for us to pick up. When we got it back, the body looked brand new, and they detailed it inside and out! I highly recommend Keystone Collision if anyone needs to go to a body shop and be happy with the results. I hope I never have to use them again (bc that would not be good for my car), but if I did, I know the first place I'd go.”

“I bought a Jeep here about two months ago and that process was seamless. I didn't feel forced to do anything and the sales person, Chris Arndt was extremely helpful. Fast forward to yesterday, I was driving and the Jeep started shaking (a common problem apparently). I called, they got me in immediately and even gave me a loaner car. The car has been fixed and Jason was extremely helpful. There was also a disgruntled customer there while I was dropping my car off. He was upset he had to leave his car and it would take a few hours. He was not happy. I am not sure who the person was behind the counter, but he handled it very professionally. If you are getting a Jeep or Dodge, I would highly recommend them.”
