“Updated a few years later: still awesome. I went in this morning for oil. The place was clean, well lit, and the shelves are stocked. The customer service was on point. The guys are very friendly and kind.Always find what I need here. Once got a wrong part, they returned it with no hassle (it was unopened and bought an hour prior).”

“I stopped in and they had had their puppy dog there, I love dogs. You get 5 stars from me pooch. The spring company has been a Spring City/Royersford staple since I was a child. I'm closer to 40 than 15. Nothings changed besides their appearance and apparently recently new ownership. Other than that you can hear the springs snapping, air hissing, and other random noises as you go by or if it's a quiet night and they have some overtime going on, you could hear it from your porch stoop depending upon where you live. Childhood staple, adulthood staple, township staple, good puppers. Overall 5/5”

“I have never been a fan of dealerships b/c most of them always try to take advantage of people by telling them they need this and that when they come in for service. It’s happened to me multiple times, which is why I avoid them if I can. This was my first time at Piazza Honda and I can honestly say that I’ll definitely be going back. I was in and out in a timely manner and they performed the services I asked for, and didn’t push anything else or tell me I need a new cabin air filter, lol. I even thanked my service advisor Justin for not trying to sell me extra BS.”

“We have used Dotterer Auto Body for years. I was extremely impressed by the variety of different jobs I saw being worked on there. They were great to work with after I was rear ended, which resulted in damage to the front and rear of my SUV. It is difficult to find a place with an owner who is willing to have a conversation with you and explain the different issues further while staying polite, friendly, and patient. It feels like most auto places are trying to get the customer in and out and do not want to waste time explaining things further.”
“I made an appointment for my car via their online scheduling. It was super easy and I received a phone call the next day to discuss details of my issues. The gentleman was very kind and upfront about costs for diagnostics and if these issues would fall under the warranty. We were told the part needed would be in the next day and they’d call us when it was ready for pick-up. We were able to pick it up the same day as the part came in which was great. When I walked in to get my car the woman at the desk was so sweet, quick and efficient. The whole pick-up process took 5 minutes and I left with my cars issues resolved. No car issue is fun but they made the process quick and easy by being so communicative and kind. We would definitely go back (hopefully we won’t need to though!).”
