“I am unbelievably happy to have found Twin's. Not only are they genuinely nice and honest people but they are honest mechanics. They don't try to upsale you or give you mediocre parts( looking at you Firestone). They do great work! My rear breaks needed to be replaced and they did it quickly and reasonably priced. They also suggested to clean filters and add coolant (something the last place completely missed 2 weeks before). Honest and hard workers, they have a new loyal customer!”

“Dan and his team did excellent work and kept me in the loop on everything. Took my insurance company forever to get an adjuster out and that held me up but to no fault of the shop itself. I was new to the state and have never had to deal with this type of situation in the past, thankfully. He came highly recommended and was extremely helpful !!! He explains the problem and offers available options to resolve issues. Please keep in mind here, you own a brand that has employed advanced technology and sophisticated engineering throughout their storied history, pushing the boundaries of innovation, performance, and elegance. My point? You don't own a Ford Focus. With Jaguars, issues can arise that can be complex to address and resolve. That said, having owned several high-line automobiles over the years, I can say with confidence and experience that Ross is far more competitive price-wise than other Jaguar specialists in the area. I highly recommend without reservation.”
