“As always, it couldn't have been easier. I reserved the car in advance, got there 5 minutes before my pick-up time, and was in the car in under 3 minutes including all the signatures and inspection. It took me longer to adjust the mirrors. Location is convenient and the staff is great.”
“Id like to start off apologizing to the girl who assisted with my initial reservation. It went extremely well, however, i was displeased with all the questions about my own auto ins policy. Ive rented hundreds of cars from all diff agencies, across the US. I never take the rental ins, as i have my own coverage. All they ever ask for is my ins company name. Here, i was asked for my policy number, ded amt and company name. She stated it is was their policy (must be the locations policy). Other than that, everything was great incl the return process. I felt bad after leaving for complaining so much about their policy, as i never had that issue before. I’m guessing they’ve had some bad experience with renters at this location. I would rent here again, even with this policy.”
“Soooo I just left Coatesville Enterprise what an experience renting a car that I reserved 3 days ago. I was asked to come in early to pick up my car. Well I did and initially I was not happy with my vehicle . When I tell you the manager JOHN went above and beyond … wow…I was pleased. Sometimes things happen and you try to just finish the task and move to the next customer. NOT JOHN he didn’t stop until the job was done correctly.
I haven’t been to this site in a while because of a negative experience! John made a believer out of me.

“You could see a lot of bad reviews for this place. There is a story behind this. Hertz decided to close down the Hertz-Thorndale which had terrible reviews. Penn-collision was doing collision work for Hertz. So Hertz asked them if they could take over the auto-rental office.I used Penn-collision Hertz store for my rental to and from JFK airport and it was great. The associate was helpful and responsive.Unfortunately they have to live with the bad reviews from the old rental office.”
“Enterprise did not have the midsize SUV that I had reserved, so they substituted a HUGE Dodge Durango at the same price. As our insurance company was footing the bill, I didn’t quibble, though I worried about the gas mileage. 23.4 MPH was very respectable and if I had children again, I’d buy one. The Pick up and After Hours Return were both very smooth.”
