“The service I received was very personable and helpful. I had an issue with the vehicle I was originally assigned but Tremaine and Dae’Shawn quickly resolved the situation. The personalized service I received from Tremaine was refreshing, she checked on me after the vehicle switch to ensure I was satisfied. This is a smaller location than I’m used to renting from so they don’t have as many car options, especially for customers with status. I took off one star with hopes that corporate will work to get this amazing team better vehicles.”

“I did not have the same negative experience as some on here. Service from the 2 ladies at the counter was truly top notch and efficient. Then, they brought us down quickly to our car (in a garage a block away) and inspected with us. To be honest it was a pretty stress free experience for not having a gold aisle option. THEN, 2 days later, we got a call just checking in on the rental to see if everything was fine. I have rented cars over 20 times this year from various companies and locations, not once have I ever received a call to check on my rental and satisfaction. Kudos to this location and staff. Great job.”

“Visiting from out of town and my first Zipcar experience in DC area. The instructions to find the car are pretty detailed. App makes it very easy to make reservations. I did have trouble booking a one way trip so ended doing a round trip instead. I also couldn't figure out how to give the car to valet since I had to lock it. Other than that, it was convenient, easy and gave me a car for a half day to run errands. Very helpful to have in the city”
