“All I can say is this is the best Volvo dealer around I come all the way from nj to work with these wonderful people. They make leasing or buying a new Volvo the best experience possible. They even delivered my car the whole transition was seamless and relaxed. Marc Handelsman was the best salesman and he really cared about me and my budget and got me into the car I wanted for the right price. He gave me a goodie bag for my car with all Volvo things which was so thoughtful. I really enjoyed working with Marc and will in the future again. This is not my first Volvo from Faulkner and I hope it won't be my last. Call Marc trust me he will make you feel relaxed and make the whole experience easy. I want to also thank Matt in finance he is great he was my first salesman last car and now he's switched over to finance great person. Then let's do a shout-out to Mark in service incredible follow up after car delivery he told me he was there for me anytime I needed anything and he was upbeat and willing to help in anyway he could he called me twice after delivery to make sure I was truly happy. “I am unbelievably happy to have found Twin's. Not only are they genuinely nice and honest people but they are honest mechanics. They don't try to upsale you or give you mediocre parts( looking at you Firestone). They do great work! My rear breaks needed to be replaced and they did it quickly and reasonably priced. They also suggested to clean filters and add coolant (something the last place completely missed 2 weeks before). Honest and hard workers, they have a new loyal customer!”
“In late June, my car started acting funny and eventually wouldn't go into gear. No warning light came on until the evening it just wouldn't go into gear. I had already scheduled an appointment elsewhere and called my auto insurance provider to have the vehicle towed to that shop. Mark, the owner of Challenger Towing arrived and saw the car wouldn't go into gear. He was fine towing it to the other shop, but said it as most likely the transmission. He mentioned that many newer cars have CVT transmissions and they don't provide as much warning compared to older cars. He took the car to his shop and verified it was the transmission. I'd once said that I'd never pay for a new transmission, but we had just paid the car off two months prior. I had no desire to take on another car payment so quickly. I got the extended warranty on the transmission. I know also know about CVT transmissions and didn't before. When it's time for a new car, I plan to ask if it has a CVT transmission because they tend to only last for 100,000 miles according to my online research. Our Rogue was just under 89,000 miles when the transmission went out. You can trust Challenger Towing - good people, great service.”

“BTC installed a hitch with tail light connections for my 2019 Mazda CX5. They were very professional in explaining what hitch I needed for a multi bike rack. Did a real nice job installing the light package specific for my vehicle that was compatible and did not affect the navigation and vehicle electronics. I would recommend. Lots of places like U-haul may be cheaper but these people are pros and anytime wiring is involved get a pro. The store is a veritable candy land for trailer parts and accessories down to specific bolts and trailer pins. Also sell complete trailers.”

“I need to write this review with honesty. I hit my Tesla Model Y while backing up in the passenger side rear side. It needed dent and paint work. I got the quote from several Tesla approved Collision centers and the quote was PRICEy. Most of them wanted to change the tailgate and the truck door where the actual dent was there. I showed the car to Mike team and they called me after 2 weeks for service. Believe it or not, the quote was much cheaper and they said attempt to fix the dent without replacing it. Mike took exactly a week time to fix the car. They are very much expert in fixing dent and technically sound. Now the car looks like new and no one can recognize the where the dent was. I highly highly recommend if you have any problem in Tesla. They not only expert in body work but also in tire rotation and other services. If you want to fix your car with much cheaper price, my recommendation goes to CARSTAR, Feasterville-Trevose.”
