“I scratched my car (badly) against a cement block and our insurance had Keystone as an in-network provider. One of the best decisions for our car was to use this body shop. Jim kept my husband and I apprised of what was going on with our car, let us know how much we would owe, and even ordered the parts for our car before we could drop it off. He got it done in 2 weeks solid, even with the snow delaying things. He was friendly, courteous, and prompt. He would follow-up with a phone call along with an email, which I appreciated since our car was ready a day early for us to pick up. When we got it back, the body looked brand new, and they detailed it inside and out! I highly recommend Keystone Collision if anyone needs to go to a body shop and be happy with the results. I hope I never have to use them again (bc that would not be good for my car), but if I did, I know the first place I'd go.”

“This is my second time renting a Penske moving truck. The first time is used a 17ft. This time I used a 12ft size truck. Both were great but the 12ft was excellent. This truck didnt even use 100 dollars in gas traveling from Belleville Illinois to Pottstown, Pennsylvania. I was shocked that a big truck like that could get such good gas mileage. I rented a local U haul ro move 4 miles , making 2 trips and spent 45 in gas. Also the customer service is wonderful. All the people from the phone center to the agents where you pick up and drop off are terrific. I had 2 awesome experiences. I would say to everyone this is the company to use when doing a self move. I live Penske and I would even do an ad for them for free, that is how much I love their products and services. Awesome , Awesome and Awesome.”

“Sev and I are good friends now! And after all isn’t that what you want from this type service? The feeling of a fair (in my case more than fair) deal? I had a unique situation and I was referred to Sev at Paintworks buy Pete and Dave at Meineke in West Chester who I highly recommend too. I was not disappointed. Sev listened to my issue and told me to come by on Tuesday. He had lots of other work but found time for my unique situation. Suffice it to say it would have been thousands if I went through insurance. It wasn’t even hundreds. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and my only disappointment was not knowing about Sev before. “I took my son's truck in for Pennsylvania inspection and asked the owner Chris to perform a list of extra work I felt needed to be done as the truck is 20 years old. He went over the list and assured me the work would all be completed and provided me with an estimate. I agreed and they took the truck in a day later. Due to the long list of work I requested, I expected them to have the vehicle for 2 or 3 days. Chris called me midway through day 3 and informed me that the shocks they ordered were running late and should get there later in the day and his guys would do their best to get it done. I told him I'd rather give them the truck an extra day so his guy doesn't rush through it. All the work was done and I picked up the truck and was given the bill. It was about $100 over the estimate and I understood why. The older vehicles sometimes other things pop up and add to the time. Hence, "estimate". I felt I was treated fairly and honestly. 2 weeks afterwards, there was an issue with the air conditioning system that I discussed with Chris I felt could have been caused as a result of something being disconnected while the work was performed. He agreed and took the truck in immediately and remedied it within a few hours at no charge. I felt that way very fair. I will use this shop again in the future because I felt like I was treated well and I was happy with the workmanship. It's extremely difficult to find a shop that makes you feel comfortable using and although I've been using this location for 5+ years, this was my first time with Chris as the new owner.
