“My transmission went out on Friday. Checked with one Nissan dealer (granted they are a small shop) and was told that they have been having delays with getting transmissions diagnosed/repaired and it could be upwards of three weeks.Called Concordville Nissan Friday night, and they put me on the books for Wednesday to get my transmission looked at. I had my car towed there Saturday night. Monday morning I got a call saying they would look at it that day. By 2 o’clock, I was already told that it was diagnosed and approved to have the whole transmission replaced and it may be a few days. Got a call Tuesday around noon, was told it was already replaced and road tested and ready for me to pick up.Over the course of 24 hours, it was diagnosed and had a brand new transmission installed. 100% covered by Nissans warranty. And again, my appointment was originally Wednesday, the day after it was already replaced. Hands down nothing less than exceptional.”
