“The guys that work there are honest and they always go out of their way to help. I stopped in about two weeks ago due to one of my tires being very low. The guy put air in my 3 tires. When he got to the fourth tire he realized that there was a nail in it. He could've just put air in it and sent me on my way. He cared enough to make sure that it was safe for me to drive and plugged it. They have helped me many times over the years. I wish that there were more places like this around.”

Then I called back and said - don’t repair. I called back again and gave the go ahead to repair. Thru the entire process ( and I was a pain) the staff was pleasant and very understanding. “I have been going here for car repairs for several years and realized I had never reviewed it. Given how important online ratings can be to a business, I figured it was only fair to the Qyst folks that I shared my experiences.I have several cars, from a 1967 through a 2016, and have had most of them here for various repairs or for tires. They can do newer high-tech cars relying on scanner codes and they can do old cars where all the diagnostics are done with the mechanic's eyes and skills. No matter the car, I have been satisfied EVERY time I've visited. Their tire prices are a little higher than the discount places, but not much. I'm happy to spend a few extra dollars for the knowledge that the installation will be trouble free. Appointment wait time is almost always within a week. They are friendly and communicate well throughout the process. If you don't need something, they won't try to sell it.I am thoroughly satisfied with Qyst and will be returning soon I'm sure!Hopefully not TOO soon;-)”
