“I have been a customer with AT&T for over 20 years with not so great to ok customer service. However, my experience at ALLIANCE MOBILE - PA WEST CHESTER in WEST CHESTER, PA. With Sales Rep Jason G, the first time at this location, was exceptional! Jason did not let his rough morning opening experience, employees not showing up, with myself and children standing at the door, affect our experience and was over the top helpful with our large purchase and limited time on having to be out of the store for a scheduled event. Jason was extremely knowledgeable of all product offerings, humorous personality and showing a genuine interest on meeting all of our needs in the short time constraint that we were on. Jason truly made us all feel welcomed and provided all assistance we needed with a smile! I have never had this experience in 20+ years with AT&T. I came in to finance a phone and had a budget of about $200 and when everything was done they had me under budget by $95. I got a 5G phone with 128G of memory.. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. If I could give 10 stars I would.”

“I went to Target today to buy a television this morning, somewhere between 10-12:00pm. I had just received my Target virtual Credit Card. It was in my Target virtual wallet. Anyway, upon check out, I encountered ongoing issues with using the card. It was grueling and exhausting. There are rules to using the virtual card that you are not informed of after approval. Initially we couldn't figure out why the card wouldn't go through nor why it wouldn't give us the option to split the payments. The team of ladies that assisted me at the customer service console in the front were absolutely amazing. They worked with me for about an hour to ensure I was able to use my card. In short I wanted to split the transaction between my personal debit card and my target credit card, and for some odd reason, that option wasn't working. In the end they were ingenious enough to figure out what the problem was, how to work through it and patient enough to push through the process. They were extremely accommodating for the mishaps, which ultimately wasn't there fault. I hope they see this. You guys are awesome. THANK YOU !!!”
