“Today I had to visit a Verizon Wireless store. I chose the Bordentown location. I cannot say enough good things about BJ at that location. My phone screen was flashing so fast that you could not see the original screen properly. Since he was not going to be able to repair/mend the phone I needed to get a new phone. BJ showed me options and explained the pros and cons of each phone I was interested in. BJ took the time to figure out a way to get my information from the old phone so that we could transfer the data. As everyone knows cell phones are so much more than just pictures and phone calls. I cannot extend my appreciation enough to BJ. Not only was he professional and patient he was also considerate and kind.”

“I was able to get the phone I wanted thanks to the GM Tony at 3236 Red Lion road. He went over and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I can't thank him enough for the effort and care that he put into my visit there. After countless calls to stores all over the city including New Jersey no one had the phone I wanted but he didn't let that stop him. He finally ended up locating another store outside the city that did have it. Tony then made the arrangements to go there himself and brought it back to the store for me the same day. He also stayed on the phone with First net to handle adding the phone to my account after multiple errors on First Net website kept happening. Tony fixed my bill that was done in error at another location while he was at it. Overall awesome customer service I couldn't have had any better experience than what I received. And might I add he did stay longer after his shift to finish everything.So thank you Tony for everything! Wish there were more genuine hard working individuals such as yourself in the world. Continue to be awesome.Best regards”

“I have been with metro since 2016 and have been to many different stores and received decent customer service as well as terrible. Yesterday I came to this store with bad information from customer on chat, and Andre and Maribel did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING they could to help and fix my situation. They showed me nothing but respect and value as a customer for so long and I can't thank either one of them enough for the dedication, patience and knowledge they exuded to get me back to the freedom of having a phone and access to the outside world. I'm truly grateful for the both of them. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated and respected and I will forever be grateful. This seems like a reach, but I was in a true bind and they understood my issue and dire need and took heed and action to help me to the best of their ability! 20 fkn stars. “The actual store was great! The parking lot was a NIGHTMARE. Normally I don't ever hold a bad parking lot against a business, but in this case, I must. It took over 5 minutes just to back out a spot. I can tell accidents must happen here every day. Super weird design, cars constantly coming in and out, and it was very small for the amount of businesses here.You'd be better off parking in the big lots parking lot and walking”
