“I'm sharing because I'm frustrated at the response that the pharmacy is slow...with a long line. Double negative. Why don't we take a moment to talk about what's been thrown in the hands of a pharmacists and their techs. Beside all other vaccines, the covid vaccine which is told to be readily available to every American arm has overflowed our systems....especially in our pharmacies. Give them a break and be patient, it goes a long way. With staff shortages as no secret, they are operating quite well given the fact they have been working through this pandemic tirelessly. Stop and think and understand the full dynamic before you go shooting off at the mouth. Our grocery store workers didn't get a break, including our pharmacies. We still ate and got what we needed because THEY did NOT stop providing for us.They, like our doctors and medical staff, have been heroes!! I will wait my turn patiently because I know they are doing everything in their power to get to me while still being efficient and respectful.”

“This location is open 24hrs. Meaning the store and Pharmacy is open and you can pickup prescriptions 24 hrs. While other stores say Pharmacy is open the Pharmacist is not on duty CLOSED and you can pickup your meds the following day. These stores are open for makeup, OTC, dry goods, etc. This site is a 24 hrs CVS. Good to know if you have a prescription from your doctor/pediatrician that is sent to a 24hr CVS after normal business hours and urgent situations it can be filled.”
“Every time I go to CVS I have such an easy time checking out compared to Walgreens and other pharmacies. Their rewards are straight forward, not played out to make you pay out of pocket when you don't have too unlike Walgreens. Thank you CVS!!”

“Ryan, the Pharmacist, was kind enough to take my phone call in under three rings during a hectic hour after lunch. He had to pause to check his inventory during this time. Later, he gave the vaccine unscheduled. He had at least four others show up for flu and COVID vaccines unscheduled, again very busy with phones and the drive-thru all active. He took the time to print out my vax history at the end of my vaccine. He went above and beyond his responsibility as the pharmacist to manage patients and provide excellent service - promptly. He's an asset to the company.”
