“Today I had to visit a Verizon Wireless store. I chose the Bordentown location. I cannot say enough good things about BJ at that location. My phone screen was flashing so fast that you could not see the original screen properly. Since he was not going to be able to repair/mend the phone I needed to get a new phone. BJ showed me options and explained the pros and cons of each phone I was interested in. BJ took the time to figure out a way to get my information from the old phone so that we could transfer the data. As everyone knows cell phones are so much more than just pictures and phone calls. I cannot extend my appreciation enough to BJ. Not only was he professional and patient he was also considerate and kind.”

I explained exactly what I was looking for and gave my price range for the best possible phone and service package I could walk away with. Paul was the one who helped me and he made it super simple and pleasant. If I asked him a specific kinda of question, he knew the answer to it. Jackson was also helpful and personable and was a pleasure! Really nice guys and pretty awesome experience overall. Walked out with a Samsung 24 Plus and the monthly plan is perfect.”

Not only did he take the time to help us over the phone while we were trying to transfer my data from old phone to my new one he went above and beyond the next day. I went into the store and not only did he help me with the transfer of all my data that we weren’t able to do but he also took the time to help me import all of my thousands of photos off of my new phone onto my laptop which took a couple of hours. During that time we sat and talked about various things and he was very attentive. After some time of sitting with me and helping me a Spanish couple came in and Kevin asked to excuse himself to assist this couple, let’s just say Kevin, your Spanish is on point and you’re truly a good customer service guy!! Thank you again for all of your help! Don't forget to try the Delorenzo’s tomato pie we talked about!”

Yesterday I came to this store with bad information from customer on chat, and Andre and Maribel did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING they could to help and fix my situation. They showed me nothing but respect and value as a customer for so long and I can't thank either one of them enough for the dedication, patience and knowledge they exuded to get me back to the freedom of having a phone and access to the outside world. I'm truly grateful for the both of them. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated and respected and I will forever be grateful. This seems like a reach, but I was in a true bind and they understood my issue and dire need and took heed and action to help me to the best of their ability! 20 fkn stars.
