“I took my 2011 Honda Civic here to get the bumper fixed. They ordered new parts and kept me updated on the status of my car. The day that they got the parts in, they repaired my bumper and had it ready in the early afternoon! The amount they quoted was the exact amount I owed in the end (they didn't add any extra costs). They were super friendly! And one of the guys actually used to work for Honda so he knows Hondas inside & out. My car looks beautiful now! Would definitely recommend!”

“Excellent company, excellent service! While traveling crisscross around the United States, we hit a deer near Erie that rendered our car inoperable. Our insurance company recommended Laughlin Collision. Closed on a Sunday, we left a message with Laughlin Collision and the owner called us back and arranged for us to have Jerry work with us first thing on Monday. We were traveling with two dogs and 2430 miles from home and needed to get the car fixed immediately. As it turned out the parts were going to take a while to get. Jerry worked with our insurance company to get us a rental car so we could get on our way. It all worked out! We had to leave our car there, used a rental to continue our crisscross then flew back to Erie to pick up our car. Jerry worked with us every step of the way. The car looked great at pick-up! “Eric saved me! I initially went to a different shop and waited eight months for the repairs (parts shortage) Once I got my car back, it was an embarrassingly inadequate repair job. I then took it to Platinum and received an estimate to repair it correctly. Due to Eric refusing to cut corners and actually doing the job correctly to proper specifications the insurance company (Snake Farm) opted to declare the vehicle a total loss. The Insurance company then gave me a low-ball offer as the final payout. Eric advised me to reject their offer. I did and they "looked over my claim and realized they weren't using accurate comps". As a result, I received thousands more, which was an actual accurate value of the vehicle. Eric and his staff will fix your car correctly the first time and his vast knowledge of auto insurance is invaluable. Cant recommend enough!!!!Service: Body & Trim”
