“Throughout my life, I have never had many good experiences involving cell phone company stores. This store proved me wrong today. Thanks to Krystal and the other staff members, I now can proudly say that this store excels at customer service and technical support. I had an issue with transferring my phone lines over from another carrier and they ended up being on the wrong account. I walked into the store stressed and overwhelmed with worry that my same phone number that I have had for years, would end up not being able to be used again.
