“I am an AT&T phone service customer of many years. Last week, I decided it was time to buy a new iphone. The one I had was old (an i-7 Plus) and the charging port was broke. AT&T customer service rep Stephen provided great help at the Dunmore store. He helped me decide which phone would be best for me, then he transferred my data from my old phone to the new one. He was highly knowledgeable and extremely efficient, and, most importantly, he answered all of my questions in very clear terms. And he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. My experience dealing with Stephen at the Dunmore store made me glad I had chosen AT&T as my service provider.”

“Oh my goodness, I've finally found a Metro store that works for me. My customer service experience was personalized, friendly, and affordable! What more can you ask for? These are the things that matter the most. It was everything!! My wait time was short, and I noticed that returning customers enjoyed their customer service experience, as well. I had arrived so distraught over an old phone having completely died, but a nice young lady, by the name of Leah, put all of my worries to rest. She was very understanding and quite knowledgeable. “It's Walmart, that's for sure. It's a decent walmart, decent size, clean, good selection of stuff. It's not too busy there, though sometimes it can be. My biggest and pretty much only complaint is that they always only have like 2 registers open, which is fine when it's not busy, but when it is? Prepare to wait. The employees are nice people, never had an issue with an employee. I did however have an issue with a manager once. We wanted to buy fish, and we asked for a fish person, nobody was coming. So the guy working electronics went over for us, and got the fish. His manager came over, and publicly shamed/yelled at the employee who was simply doing his job (helping customers) because he left the electronics department, but yet, there was another person in electronics. I reported the manager and praised the employee. Seriously managers, treat your employees well, bad managers create bad employees. Otherwise, it's a good Walmart.”

I signed back up with Boost after having been a member for 15 years and getting talked into going with T-Mobile. It took me 2 years to get out of the T-Mobile situation that I hated from the very beginning and now I'm back at Boost but my phone wasn't working quite right. I went in there and he took care of it in 2 minutes with a very nice attitude. I appreciate you!”
